My Current Routine

My relationship with exercising and eating good food is basically nonexistent. I haven't exercised for months, except for a few volleyball things, and the food I eat isn't the healthiest. One of my biggest issues is using food to feel comfort and to combat my boredom. The amount of sugar I consume daily is definitely higher than the amount that is recommended. Which ends up affecting how I feel, and it increases the amount of acne I have.
Another thing that keeps me from getting anywhere is the mindset of "I'll start tomorrow" or "I'll start doing better next week." That just causes my improvements to never come. The amount of self-discipline and motivation I have is very minimal. Leading me to stay stuck in the same pattern.
My main goals include eating more fruits and veggies, becoming stronger, creating a better routine for myself, and working on planning for my future. I feel like all of these will help improve different parts of my life, whether it helps my mental or physical state.
